Disordered eating often stems from unresolved trauma, emotional pain, and distorted body image. In my practice, I take a trauma-focused approach to help you uncover the root causes of these patterns, using a combination of evidence-based therapies and holistic techniques. By integrating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, IFS, and mindfulness, we address both the emotional and psychological triggers of disordered eating. This comprehensive, compassionate approach provides a safe space for healing, helping you rebuild trust in yourself, restore balance, and cultivate a healthier relationship with food and your body.
